The necessity of obtaining factual-information

So ask the people of the message if you do not know. (16:43)

Striving for the Purification of the Soul

And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good. (21: 69)

Equality in Punishment( Purity)

O people, those before you gone astray, for if some notable stole, they let him go, and if a poor man did, they penalize him. By Allah, if Fatima, Muhammad's daughter stole, Muhammad most assuredly cut off her hand".  Related by al Bokhary

 Knowledge of the rules of ethics and behavior

  you who have believed, do not enter houses other than your own houses until you ascertain welcome and greet their inhabitants. That is best for you; perhaps you will be reminded. (24:27)

Listening attentively and following instructions

So give good tidings to My servants (17) Who listen to speech and follow the best of it.(39:17-18)

Inculcating obedience in one's children

Tell the boy to pray when he reaches the age of seven; when he becomes ten years old, beat him if he doesn't'.

Righteousness

Say, O [Muhammad],

"I am only a man like you to whom it has been revealed that your god is but one God; so take a straight course to Him and seek His forgiveness." And woe to those who associate others with Allah - (41:6)

O Messenger of Allah tell me something about Islam which I can ask of no one but you. He said: Say: I believe In Allah-and thereafter Be upright
